Registration fees
All fees will be collected in US dollars.
Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with the Registration.
Poster and Demo Authors must attend the conference in person. Please note that at least one author is required to register for the conference and be present during the poster and demo sessions.
All registered authors are advised to follow presentation guide.
Important notes:
– Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
– Student registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
– You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is free.
On-site Package
Purchasing this package contains:
– Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program;
– Article processing fee (Accepted authors);
– All meals during the conference (coffee breaks, lunches);
– One ticket to the official conference gala dinner;
