ArtsIT2014 is being sponsored by Sabancı University, Istanbul; and the conference will be held at the historic Minerva Han, the center-city based Communications Center of the institution, located in Karaköy. While the main conference session is planned to be held in the foyer (image below), additional session/meeting rooms will also be made available and the exhibited art-works and posters will also be displayed in these rooms.

The Karaköy Communication Center of Sabancı University also houses Kasa Galeri, an art gallery that "focuses on the development of an approach to the fine arts that is experimental, international, collaborative, research based and oriented towards building synergies and partnerships both locally and internationally.”

The building is located directly at the entrance of the hilly street called Bankalar Caddesi that leads off from the entrance to Karakoy Square. Unfortunately Google maps does not show the correct location - it places it a bit further up and on the opposite side of the street, so please do not be misled by that.
