Call for exhibition ArtsIT, Interactivity & Game Creation 2016

Scope The ArtsIT, Interactivity & Game Creation 2016 exhibition aims at presenting across the event topics innovative and cutting-edge works, design projects, prototypes, works in progress, and performances that exploit IT technologies. The exhibition is also open for industry – so exhibitors will be side-by-side with attending industry representatives.

The exhibition is open to a large variety of submissions aligned to the topics suggested in the Call for Papers on this site.

Submission guidelines Prospecting participants must submit a 2 page extended abstract describing the proposed works and the form they will be presented at the conference (a video-based presentation or a live demonstration).

The abstract may include any additional attachments (e.g., links of video, photos) for a thorough evaluation of the contribution. Submissions should be in English. The abstract must be submitted as PDF document.

Publication

All the submitted contributions will undergo a selection process driven by a specific committee. Accepted works will be presented within a specific event (exhibition session). The exhibition session is free of charge.

Selected works will appear in the International Journal of Arts and Technology (Inderscience) or the other journals mentioned at the site.

Presentation

Participants are expected to present their work at the exhibition session of the conference. The presentation could consist of a video-based presentation or a live demonstration, accordingly to what has been declared in the submitted abstract. In the case of live demonstrations participants are expected to bring all the necessary equipment to the conference site with them.
