On-site presenters of registered papers should bring their presentation slides on a USB drive. If needed, a USB drive can also be provided at the conference. Alternatively, slides can be sent directly to the Session Chair by email before the actual session starts.

We will display your slides on the conference screen and provide a presentation remote for controlling your slides.

.pptx or .pdf.

Presentation Instructions:

• 15 min presentation & 5 min for Q&A sessions

The presentation structure should be:

• Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion.
• Each slide of the presentation should contain the EAI and conference logos.

Presenters of registered posters will be asked to use the below Poster template for their paper presentation and bring the poster with them.
The preferred Poster size is A1.
