IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All fees will be collected in US dollars.
- Early Registration Fees are non-refundable.
- Early Registration Fees are available until 26 August 2025.
- Please note that the registration fees are the same for both onsite and online participation.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
- Student Audience registration does not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
- One Day/Poster paper registration covers the upload of one poster paper. The poster paper will be included in the non-indexed annex of the proceedings.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
Hybrid Conference Format
The EAI ArtsIT 2025 Conference will be held in a hybrid format. Please ensure that you select your attendance mode (onsite or online) during registration. This information is essential for us to effectively arrange catering services for all onsite participants
Important Notes Before Registering
- At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
- One author registration covers 1 paper. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
- Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
- At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate;
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
