Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on Monday, 2 November, 2026 will result in no charge. Cancelling your reservation between 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on 2 November, 2026 and 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on 1 December, 2026 will result in a charge for the first night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method.

€149,00/night/1 person in single room

Accommodation includes buffet breakfast in American style, Fitness, AcquaPura City SPA access and WiFi.

City tax € 3,50/night/person is excluded from the price. Parking is possible in hotel underground garage for fee € 32,00/day on Monday -Thursday and € 24,00/day on Friday – Sunday.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION, PARTICIPANT REDUCTION AND PAYMENT

Conditions for cancellation of entire group
In case of cancellation of an entire group booking after signing the contract, the following cancellation conditions will apply:

If cancelled:
31 days before arrival date the booking can be cancelled free of charge.
30 – 21 days before arrival date – 30% of the total amount of the booked stay have to be paid.
20 – 15 days before arrival date – 50% of the total amount of the booked stay have to be paid.
14 – 8 days before arrival date – 80% of the total amount of the booked stay have to be paid.
7 – 1 days before arrival date and in case of a no-show, unused rooms or an early departure, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount of the booked stay.
